Adrenaline offers the following advanced programs for those children displaying an ability to perform the mental and physical skills required at an accelerated rate.  Enrollment in these programs is by AGA Mgmt selection only, and a annual contract is required from the parents.

Girls Developmental Team (D-Team)

AGA's Developmental Team (D-Team) gymnastics class is for girls who have displayed an ability to work through our recreational progressions at a accelerated rate, and have also expressed an interest in a goal of competing for a spot on one of our competitive teams. D-Team is a more advanced training class where the gymnasts practice two to three days per week for two to three hours per day. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, and learning the USA Gymnastics Level 4-5 competition skills.  This insures that, when a gymnast progresses into Level 4 or 5, she is ready to compete at that level.

Girls HotShots
This class is for the very advanced preschool or recreational girl’s gymnast who is significantly exceeding expectations and is ready for a more challenging curriculum. The Hot Shots program prepares our young athletes for a future either on the competitive USAG compulsory team, or possible growth into our TOPs program. Hotshot classes meet 2-3 days per week, for between 2-3 hours per day.

Girl’s TOPs
For women’s gymnastics, the Talent Opportunity Program (TOPs) is a nationwide, annual program to identify young gymnasts who have the ability to excel in the sport.  More than 3,100 gymnasts participate in state and regional testing, with more than 300 qualifying for national testing based on state and regional scores.  State and regional testing is conducted for gymnasts 7-11 years of age, with the 9-11 year olds eligible to advance to national testing.  The best 7-and 8-year-olds qualify based on their test scores from state and regional testing, while the 9-11 year olds are named to the team based on national test scores.   The TOPs National Team has about 60 gymnasts, approximately 20 gymnasts in each age group.
