How do I sign my child up for a trial class?
Call our front office at (303) 843-0711 to ensure there is room in the class you are interested in. If there is room, the front office staff will ask for some basic information and will get your child registered for their free trial class. Please complete the Trial Waiver Form and bring it with you to their trial class.
Then, if they want to sign up for the class, we will need the rest of the actual registration packet completed. All forms are available here via the website. If you forget them, that’s OK –we have more at the front desk!

What if I am running late getting my child to their class?
Please call us to let us know and we will let the instructor know the student may be a few minutes late. However, students who are more than 15 minutes late to class may not be allowed to attend for the day. The first 15 minutes of class is a warm up period and the potential for injury increases dramatically if he/she does not warm up properly, and instructors cannot take away from the rest of the class to warm a child up individually.
What if I am running late picking my child up from their class?
Again, please call us to let us know so we can make arrangements to insure they are properly supervised. However, Please be on time to pick up your child from their scheduled class/activity as our staff’s responsibilities make it very difficult for them to supervise students once class is over. Habitual offenders may be subject to additional fees.
Can I just park outside and let my child come out to me?
No. We do not allow children to leave the facility at any time until picked up by a parent/guardian – therefore you MUST come inside to pick them up. Simply driving up outside and waiting for them to come out to the car is not sufficient.
In addition, please do not park on the street in front of our facility as it is a Fire Lane, and you will risk getting ticketed for parking there.
Can I watch my child’s practice?
AGA encourages you to be a spectator during your child’s class and stay for as much of the practice as you desire, but please:
Be sure that any other children who are with you behave properly and do not interrupt our training classes. Bouncing balls, Frisbees, Footballs, Soccer Balls, and any other similar toys are not to be played with in our reception area.
Can I eat while in the spectator stands?
Food is permitted in the spectator stands, but please, please, please pick up after yourselves in the spectator area. Garbage receptacles are located throughout the spectator area for your convenience.
What if I need to speak with my child during their class?
For the safety of our athletes and instructors:
Spectators are not permitted on the gym floor at any time unless otherwise posted in the gym.
It is very important that parents not attempt to interact with their child while they are in the class as doing so can put the athlete at an increased risk of injury. Please do not attempt to coach them, discipline them, or engage them in any fashion while they are with their instructor on the gymnasium floor.
If you need to speak with your child, or pull them out of class early, please do so by asking one of our office staff to bring your child to you.
What are AGA’s scheduled closures?
Unless otherwise stated by notice posted in the gym:
All scheduled closures are posted on the calendar here on the website. All pre-school and recreational classes are based on a 50 week calendar. For closures which reduce that number of available classes, makeup classes will be scheduled.
In addition, AGA is independant of any of the local school districts (Douglas or Arapahoe Counties) closure schedules and may not close just because the public schools do (i.e. Spring Break, certain Federal Holidays, etc.)

I left an item at the gym, do you have a Lost and Found?
A lost and found is located in the front of the gym reception area.
This lost and found will be cleaned out on the 1st and the 15th of every month. If your child has forgotten an item at the gym, please insure you check the lost and found as soon as possible in order to recover it. AGA is not responsible for items placed into the lost and found.
If you left something of significant personal or monetary value, please call us immediately so we can look to see if it can be found. If we do, we will keep it in the front office for you to pick up later that day, or the following day.

What is the dress code for AGA gymnasts?
Girls should wear a one-piece gymnastics leotard, without skirt.
Boys should wear snug fitting gym shorts and a T-shirt.
No jeans, jean shorts, or footed tights, or sweat pants, or items with zippers or buttons are allowed as these are unsafe for your gymnast and our instructors.
Hair must be secured away from the face. If your child's hair can interfere with their vision, it needs to be pulled back.
Please have your child remove all jewelry before class starts. Jewelry can easily get caught on things (such as a spotter’s hand) and be broken or cause injury to your child or their instructor. Stud style earrings will be permitted, although we prefer you remove those as well.
If your child has jewelry on when they enter the gymnasium floor, they will be asked to remove it. If you are not in the stands, they will have to put it in one of our lockers; AGA Coaches and Staff will not hold the jewelry for them. AGA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What is your inclement weather policy?
In the event the weather here in beautiful Colorado gets bad, please call the front office for closure information.
In addition, AGA is independant of any of the local school districts (Douglas or Arapahoe Counties) closure schedules and may not close just because the public schools do.

Are there additional rules & policies for the USAG Team athletes?
Yes. If your child is a team level gymnast, please note that there are additional policies and fees beyond those identified on the public AGA website which apply to our USAG Competitive Men’s and Women’s program gymnasts.
All additional policies are outlined in the team handbook provided to each gymnast’s family. If your athlete is a team level gymnast and you need another copy of the Team Handbook, please ask our front desk staff and we will be happy to get you another copy.

What is your makeup class policy?
Tuition pays for your child's spot in the class. However, as a courtesy, AGA offers one make-up per month, to be made up within two weeks of the missed class.
- The make-up class must be of the same level as your child’s class.
- AGA will only allow a makeup class in classes that do not have full enrollment, or when and where it does not interrupt the safety or the quality of class for those children registered in the desired class time. This is at AGA management’s sole discretion. If no class is available, a makeup class will not be offered nor will tuition for your missed class be refunded.
- We do not refund or give credit for missing a class.
- You must call the gym prior to the missed class to qualify for a make-up.
- The student must be currently enrolled in class at the time of the scheduled appointment. Once a two week drop notice is submitted, all makeup class requests for that child are forfeited.
- Once made, the makeup cannot be rescheduled.
- If your child's class falls on a holiday when the gym is closed, or for any other AGA gym closure, AGA will publish requirements for a makeup class schedule prior to the closure when possible.

Can my child just come to any class during the week?
No, they must come to their scheduled class days/times. We maintain a strict student to teacher ratio to insure all of our students are receiving the proper attention in class and therefore cannot allow random “drop-ins”.
What if I need to change my child’s class day/time?
We understand that family schedules can get a bit crazy at times, and we completely understand if you need to change the day/time your child is coming to the gym to do gymnastics. However, we ask that you please fill out a “Change Class Form” to change your child’s classes so we have the proper information needed to accommodate your needs. These forms are available at the front office.
Please note: Changing classes more than one time per month is subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee.
What if I need to drop my child from your program?
We would be sorry to see you go, but we understand that it is sometimes necessary.
Because our program is on-going, your child is automatically re-enrolled every month unless we are properly notified.
We require a two week written and signed notice to discontinue your child’s enrolment in our classes. Unless we receive proper notice, you will be responsible for the next billing period’s tuition.
Please Note: If you are dropping the class with the intention of coming back to re-enroll at a later date, AGA unfortunately cannot “hold” your athletes spot in their current class and the spot will be filled with someone from our waitlist.
When is tuition due and what happens if my payment is late?
Tuition is always due on the 1st of every month; in the event you do not make it into the gym by then, we provide you with a 7day grace period in which to pay.
Late payments will be subject to a $15.00 administrative fee which will be automatically charged to your account.
If payment is not made by the 15th of the month, we will unfortunately not be able to allow your child to participate in practice, or any other gym sponsored activities, until your account is brought current.
Do you have an auto-pay program?
YES! AGA does have an “auto-pay” system in place. Please fill out the required form which is available at the gym office or on the "forms" page of this website.
Do you have any discount programs?
AGA currently offers the following discount programs:
Multi-Athlete: If you have more than one child enrolled in any of our programs, we will discount your monthly tuition rate, for all children below the one with the highest tuition, by %10 of current rates.
Multi-Class: If a single child enrolls in more than one pre-school or recreational level class per week, the subsequent classes are discounted per the rates on the current rate & schedule sheet.
In addition, AGA currently maintains a Refer-A-Friend program that can earn you additional credit towards your monthly tuition bill. Please see the front office for additional information.
What is your policy on prorated tuition?
AGA does not prorate/refund tuition or fees for any reason other than the following exceptions:
Initial tuition: If you enroll your child in one of our gymnastics programs after the start of a billing cycle, we will pro-rate the gymnastics training tuition due for the remainder of that billing cycle.
Vacations: As was previously stated, Adrenaline Gymnastics is open for 50 weeks out of the year. As such, we allow for two weeks, per calendar year, per family, of prorated tuition that you may use at your convenience but subject to the following:
- A signed “vacation prorate” form must be turned into the front office at least one week in advance of the month you wish to use the prorated tuition benefit.
- You cannot carry these prorated weeks over into the next calendar year if you do not use them.
- Families with multiple children enrolled must take the proration for all enrolled athletes at the same time.
Injuries: If your athlete is injured (in or out of the gym) and will miss more than 1 week of practice due to the injury: Adrenaline will prorate your tuition for the missed time, and will hold that athletes spot in the class for up to 30 days. In the event the athlete’s injury will prevent them from participating for more than 30 days, please contact our front office staff to discuss possible options. To process this proration, AGA requires that a Doctor’s note indicating that the Athlete cannot perform the physical activities required be submitted to the front office.
