Girls Recreational Program (Levels 1-3)    Children enrolled in our Recreational programs will be introduced to the fundamental skills, concepts, and body shapes required for all of the Olympic Gymnastics events.   Our recreational gymnastics curriculums are a non-competitive, achievement orientated, introductory program for those children who: Graduated from our Preschool Program Are a first time formal gymnastics student, who has already reached her 6th birthday (5 Year olds who have started school full time may be taken on a case by case basis after evaluation by one of our Directors) A transferring student who has been evaluated by one of our Directors as a level 1-3 student Adrenaline teaches these classes under the same philosophy stated by USAG; the program is developed and taught with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. Progression through the recreational levels occurs through a quarterly testing schedule where the child will be evaluated against a set of required skills needed prior to advancing to the next level. Our recreational classes are 60 minutes long.
