Adrenaline offers training for gymnasts to compete in the USAG program for Girls Levels 4 through Elite. These athletes train year round, and our team members train anywhere from 9 to 40 hours per week depending on their level. Adrenaline gymnasts have competed statewide, regionally, and nationally with continual success occurring at every level. Enrollment in AGA's competitive USAG teams is by try-out only. |

Women's Compulsory USAG J.O. Programs
Level's 4, 5, and 6 are the "Compulsory" levels of competitive USAG gymnastics. Gymnasts at this level must be proficient in the skills necessary to perform routines which are designed by USA Gymnastics. These levels are progressive in nature, building upon the skills required at the previous level. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including the Colorado State Championships. The Girl’s compulsory competitive season is September through December.

Women's Optional USAG J.O. Program
Levels 7, 8, 9, and 10 are the “Optional" USAG gymnastics levels. Gymnasts at this level con each event that are individually choreographed by the gymnast and coach following USA Gymnastics guidelines. Level 7 has competitive opportunities up to and including the Colorado State Championships. Additional competitive opportunities are provided for Levels 8-10, with the Level 10 competitive season culminating at the Jr. Olympic National Championships, Level 9 at the Western Championships and Level 8 at the Regional Championships. Girl's Optional Season is January through as late as April/May.

Women's Elite Program
AGA's Elite Program is designed to provide competitive experiences for athletes aspiring to the National Team or the Pre-Elite Training Squad. The National Teams (Senior and Junior) are selected from the USA Championships each year. These athletes represent the United States in international competitions. The Pre-Elite Training Squad is selected from the Challenge Meets each year.
